I can’t believe the holidays are here! Today I’m sharing some of my favorite holiday recipes of my own and other food bloggers.
WINTER KALE SALAD
My Winter Kale Salad is one of my favorite dishes to make. It’s the perfect side dish to add to a holiday party and makes a great dish to have with some added chicken for lunch or dinner during the busy work week! It’s made with kale, pomegranate seeds, grapes, creamy goat cheese, and slivered almonds for a little crunch!
HOLIDAY MAPLE BALSAMIC BRUSSEL SPROUTS
My all time favorite holiday recipe and side dish is my Holiday Maple Balsamic Brussel Sprouts. I serve them every year at Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. They’re so easy to make! Everyone at your dinner table will getting up for seconds!
HOLIDAY CHEESE BOARD
Cheese boards make the perfect holiday appetizer. They’re so fun and easy to make and the good thing is, there’s no cooking involved! Plus, they create a whole centerpiece for everyone to gather around and enjoy at a party! My holiday plant- based cheese board has something that everyone can enjoy!
DARK CHOCOLATE CRANBERRY OATMEAL COOKIES
Soft and chewy Dark Chocolate Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies. They’re the perfect treat for the holiday season, but can be enjoyed any time of the year! They also make for a healthy snack crumbled on top of some vanilla greek yogurt.
SNICKERDOODLE PROTEIN BALLS
Snickerdoodle Protein Balls, a healthy holiday treat for when you’re craving something sweet! They’re the perfect treat to have on hand when you’re craving a big holiday cookie in your pantry. I also love having them before or after the gym as a pre or post – workout snack!
