Peanut Butter Protein Brownie Balls

5.20.18

My peanut butter brownie balls are the perfect, post- workout snack! My favorite part about this recipe is that they’re made with only 6 ingredients and take less than 10 minutes to make! I feel like lately I’ve been seeing SO many bliss ball and protein ball recipes on Instagram that have a list of a million ingredients (that I don’t have in my pantry). This recipe only contains 6 simple ingredients and all you have to do is throw them into into a food processor and BLEND!! Then roll them into bite size balls and toss them into the fridge to enjoy after the gym or as a mid afternoon treat when you’re craving something sweet!

Combine into the food processor:

  1. Oat Flour
  2. Chocolate protein
  3. Almond milk
  4. Stevia
  5. Crunchy peanut butter
  6. Dark Chocolate chips

Toss all of the above ingredients in food processor and blend. Then roll into bite sized balls and refrigerate when finished. Enjoy!
