It’s packed with protein from the Greek yogurt and protein powder, carbs from the apple, banana, and oats, and healthy fats from the peanut butter. I always like to add some granola to the smoothie for a little extra crunch. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 cup chopped apples
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- ½ cup vanilla almond milk
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
- Chop up apples into small cubes
- Add above ingredients a blender and blend!
- Optional: top with granola, enjoy!
