My Teriyaki Sesame Salmon Kale Salad starts with a base of kale massaged in a sesame oil dressing, topped with cashews, bell peppers, onions, carrots, radish, and Sea Cuisine’s perfectly seasoned Teriyaki Sesame Salmon. Mhmmm! You can cook the Teriyaki Sesame Salmon 2 ways- either on the stovetop in a preheated skillet for 10-11 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, or in a conventional oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, for 18-20 minutes. It doesn’t get much easier than that!
While the salmon cooks, it’s time to prep the salad! Seriously, this dish was bursting with flavor, I’m so excited to make it again! Teriyaki Sesame Salmon Kale Salad
Easy, healthy, and full of so much flavor, this Teriyaki Sesame Salmon Kale Salad is the perfect dinner recipe or lunch to prep for the busy work week. It comes together in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 package of Sea Cuisine Teriyaki Sesame Salmon (2 pieces)
- 5 handfuls of de-stemmed kale
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced radishes
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup diced red onion
- ½ cup cashews
Dressing:
- ¼ cup coconut aminos
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp honey
- ½ tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Prepare Teriyaki Sesame Salmon according to package cooking instructions (stovetop on a preheated skillet for 10-11 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, or in a conventional oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 18-20 minutes).
- While the salmon is cooking, prepare the dressing.
- In a large bowl add the chopped kale and salad dressing. Massage until kale is covered.
- Add the remaining salad ingredients to the kale and toss to combine. Set aside.
- Remove salmon from the skillet or oven. Top the salad with the salmon and serve. Enjoy!
