Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I was a multi-sport athlete in high school and worked at our local gym in college. When I graduated college, I started running more as a way to stay in shape. I also started spinning and taking boot camp classes at my local gym. When I moved to California in June 2014, my love for health and fitness grew. It was so much easier to live a healthy lifestyle on the west coast. I was able to run outside year round which led me to training for multiple marathons. In November 2017 I become certified as a personal trainer through NASM to help others reach their health and fitness goals.
