Today’s workout focuses on back and biceps! All you need are dumbbells and a kettlebell and you’re good to go! Why train back and biceps together?! They’re the 2 major muscle groups of the upper body that are involved in “pulling” exercises and the biceps are involved in most back exercises.
Repeat circuit 5x through:
▫️Bent over row to wide row- 10/10
▫️Underhand bent over row- 10
▫️Pushup position rows- 10
▫️Superman lat pulls- 15
▫️Kneeling hammer curls- 10
▫️Kneeling supine curls- 10
▫️KB swings- 15
